Refund Policy

Every video costs us real compute and AI generation, so refunds follow a few clear rules.

Failed renders

If a render fails or an AI provider refuses your prompts and no video is produced, the credit is returned to your account automatically. No need to ask.

Unused credits

If you bought a credit pack or your first subscription payment in the last 14 days and have not used any of those credits, email us and we will refund it in full.

Subscriptions

You can cancel any time from the Credits page. Cancelling stops future charges; the current period is not refunded, and you keep your credits until the period ends.

Didn't like the result

AI output varies. Use the free preview and the shot-list review before you spend a credit. We do not refund completed videos, but if something went clearly wrong (wrong song, corrupted file), write to us and we will make it right.

How to ask

Email hello@beatreel.app from your account email with the video or payment in question. We reply within two business days.
